Char Construction, Inc. has been in business in Fort Collins and the surrounding area since 1993, and has worked with a variety of local General Contractors and Home Owners over the past 20+ years. We have a large crew of dependable and qualified employees, including Charles Spiegel, owner and head carpenter who has been in the general construction business for over 30 years.
We work as a licensed framing subcontractor for new residential construction, remodeling, and repairs. We also have experience in commercial construction, and are able to do a variety of carpentry services by the job or hour.
We are licensed by the City of Fort Collins and have up-to-date business liability and worker's compensation insurances. We are members of the Better Business Bureau, with an A+ rating. We are up-to-date on all safety and OSHA requirements.
